Shaun Sundberg is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Hong Kong office and leads the Technology Practice in Hong Kong. Shaun has 20 years of experience in Asia working across the senior leadership teams of top professional service and technology firms, including the private equity and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Shaun co-founded an executive search firm in Japan, where he was the managing partner for 13 years. He later sold that firm to a global, publicly traded Japanese company and exited. Shaun has extensive experience working with clients undergoing large-scale transformation and globalization, especially within the CXO and corporate development suites. He is a licensed Hogan Assessments professional.
