James has over twenty-three years in the executive search industry, specifically serving the global Technology, Communications and IT Services sectors. With an established reputation for delivering results, James has the depth and breadth of knowledge to foster long term and mutually beneficial client relationships. His work expands across some of the world’s best known network operators, Cloud based/Managed Services providers and private equity backed high-growth ventures enabling him to address their senior talent agendas. James’s experience provides him with an extensive network across CEO/General Management, CFO, CTO and Sales / CMO communities, allowing his clients access to the very best leadership talent. Prior to joining Redgrave Partners, James led the Technology and Telecoms Practice with one of the UK’s leading Executive Search firms for almost six years. His earlier career spanned seven years in Hong Kong and London. James holds a BSc from Oxford Brookes University. Outside of work, his interests include cycling, cricket, rugby and his wife and four children.
