Ceylan partners with companies that are either disrupting or aiming to strengthen their market-share digitally, across eCommerce, broader retail (including beauty, fashion), grocery, food-tech and FMCG industries. Her expertise uniquely cuts across venture capital, private equity-backed technology businesses as well as public companies that are focused on strengthening its digital platforms and functions. Prior to True, Ceylan worked for a boutique firm specialised in leadership advisory and executive recruitment across consumer-centric businesses.
