Kiwook Kim is a partner at Heidrick & Struggles’ Seoul office specializing in financial services and private equity sectors.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kiwook spent 12 years in search in Seoul and New York. Most recently, he served clients in the financial services and private equity sectors in Korea with a leading international executive search firm, focusing on senior-level recruiting.

Previously, Kiwook was with LG Investment & Securities in research sales, where he served clients in New York and London. In 2000, he worked for Asiacontent.com, an Asian internet media company, as a business development manager. The company was successfully listed on NASDAQ. Prior to his career in business development, Kiwook was a sales trader at CLSA based in Seoul.
