Andrei also has a genuine interest in Wellness, Biohacking, HealthTech, CleanTech, HRTech, AgriTech (AgTech), IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity Prior to joining DHR, Andrei served as Partner at K.M. Trust. Before returning to his native Romania from New York, he served as Head of Americas for Borderless, a global executive search firm. Previously, he worked with Boyden and Korn/Ferry in the US and Romania and founded his own firm to attract US-based Eastern European professionals back to CEE. Andrei has prior experience in leadership development and business development. He worked with Consilium Management Consulting in Timisoara and served as President of JCI as well as Vice President of AIESEC in Romania. He currently serves on the Board of the Romanian-American Professionals Association in New York and is a Founding Member of the AIESEC Alumni Association Romania. He holds a degree in Business Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and has completed several transformational programs with Tony Robbins, Harv Eker, Landmark in the US. Andrei is a US and EU citizen and speaks English, Romanian and basic Hebrew.
