Dr. Jens Christian Lamprecht is an expert in restructuring, reorganization, turnarounds, and performance improvement, as well as M&A and post-merger integration. He is distinguished by his high level of expertise in dealing with both owner-managed, medium-sized companies and enterprises, as well as at the corporate level. He has been at home in the process industry for many years, with a focus on paper and packaging, and has extensive experience in Scandinavia and France. Dr. Lamprecht has successfully served as both a board member and managing director at leading companies in the paper and packaging industry. His focus was on restructuring and turnaround projects as well as growth projects – both organic and through acquisitions. His activities have frequently taken him to other European countries, including Sweden, France, and Austria, for many years. Since May 2024, Dr. Lamprecht has been an Associate Partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG. He has been working as a freelance consultant for investors in the search and evaluation of target properties since 2013. He also successfully supports companies in crisis situations. Dr. Lamprecht holds a doctorate in process engineering and also looks back on a long career as a reserve officer in the German Armed Forces. In his free time, he enjoys caring for his four-legged family members (horses, dogs, cats) as well as a vintage car in need of maintenance. Music is also a source of relaxation for him.
