JC joined True as a partner in the firm's San Francisco office. He specializes in recruiting go-to-market and design executives for venture and private equity-backed technology companies.

JC was a key member of True's sister company Foundation Talent and supported its growth (and later integration with True) with some notable clients including GitHub, Uber, Cypress.io, Asana, Getaround and Credit Karma. Prior to Foundation Talent, JC was salesforce's lead marketing recruiter staffing over 160 global hires while the company rapidly scaled from 7,500 to 15k employees. He also led design recruiting for Razorfish's West Coast offices.

JC graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in design with emphasis in architectural studies from Arizona State University.
