After over a decade of management experience in the sports industry, my aptitude for solution finding and communication led me to a successful career in property recruitment. Recruitment requires the ability to analyse and interpret client need, and accurately find those professionals that will complete and improve business goals. It is this puzzle within an extremely competitive market that drives me to know my clients and candidates inside and out, to make the right placements at the right time, and consult on the changing requirements of all parties. The surveyors I recruit provide Real Estate Services or work in Development. These include commercial property, real estate asset management and estates management, professional surveyors (including valuation, landlord and tenant, and rating surveyors), property development and investment professionals as well as surveyors working in the rural environment. Covering areas north of Worcestershire such as Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and roles in Scotland. Outside of the office, I’ve been a climber and mountaineer for nearly 20 years, including representing GB in the 2013 Ice Climbing World Cup Series. Moving to the Peak District the same year, my wife and I spend our weekends climbing and hiking across the UK and Europe, when we’re not renovating our house.
