Since his beginnings at the firm in 1999, he has worked on Executive Search and Evaluation projects, taking responsibility for the strategy and global management from conception and development to its final achievement. He has also participated in the design of Boards and in the search for Directors and External Advisors. His activity has been carried out at a multisectoral level in national and international companies, with experience mainly in the FMCG, Technology, Retail, Real Estate, Engineering, Industry, Pharmaceutical and Professional Services sectors. He has previously worked in the Customer Service area of ​​Hertz Spain and in several companies in the tourism sector. She has a Diploma in Business, a Master's in Business Management, and has also completed several complementary training courses.
