I am a specialist recruitment consultant focusing on interim, temporary and fixed-term contract BD, Marketing & Communications roles within professional services. I mainly cover the legal sector but also recruit into accountancy, property and consultancy firms. I first joined Ambition in 2005, starting out as a consultant before being promoted to a senior consultant role and then to divisional manager of the BD, Marketing & Communications team. After returning from maternity leave I decided to leave management and focus solely on recruiting and have had the role of Principal Consultant ever since. Prior to joining Ambition I spent a few years in Australia working for a real estate agency before later transferring into a recruitment role for the property sector.
