Jessica thrives on building relationships with organisations and candidates, finding creative solutions to fundraising recruitment and job search requirements. Working across all fundraising streams and at all levels of seniority Jessica has made some notable Director of Fundraising appointments for a plethora of organisations such as; British Science Association, Clock Tower Sanctuary, Overcoming MS and The Story Museum over the last 12 months. Having previously worked in television production, Jessica had a change of direction in 2015 and started her recruitment career. She joined Prospectus as a Recruitment Consultant on our Fundraising Team in 2019. Jessica has a passion for building and growing relationships and in providing an excellent customer experience. At Prospectus, she works across all fundraising streams at all levels of seniority and enjoys working with organisations recruiting a fundraiser for the very first time. Outside of work, Jessica has worked with children with severe learning disabilities, something close to her heart as her nephew has Down Syndrome and Autism. She has also enjoyed, over the years, befriending and helping those who are older and live alone.
