Jorge Ihnen is Partner at N2Growth in Santiago, Chile. He leads executive search and leadership advisory engagements in Chile and the surrounding countries within Latin America and abroad. Before joining N2Growth, Jorge was the Senior Vice President, Operations at Latam Airlines Group for eighteen years. In addition, his experience includes Managing Partner at Addval Consulting and experience with executive outplacement coaching at Lukkap Chile. He holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Católica. Jorge brings vast experience from the transportation industry with strong functional experience in operations, specifically in management, and leading multidisciplinary teams through change initiatives with innovation and efficiency. Throughout his career, Jorge’s focus has been centered on contingency leadership, lean transformation, change in business models, major organizational structure change, unions and major supplier negotiations, and innovative technological implementation. Currently, Jorge is a member of the board of Addval and Chairman of Club de Golf Valle Escondido.
