Cees started his career in talent management and recruitment at Vendex International. Five years later he joined YER, a Dutch market leader in executive recruitment.
When TMP Worldwide expanded into Europe, he developed the Dutch business and led EMEA Practice Groups in various industries. He founded IRC Netherlands (Hagoort & Partners) aiming to introduce the highest level of boutique executive search services in the Netherlands.
He has appointed leading teams in numerous Fortune 500 companies, from both stock listed and PE funded firms to family owned businesses.
Cees has qualifications from Maastricht School of Management and specialises in global talent recruitment and boardroom consultancy.
