She has built a solid reputation through senior-level search assignments for both global and regional roles in Central Europe and France in a broad range of sectors such as Industrial and Manufacturing, Construction & Building Materials, and Services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Boulon was a Managing Partner at a Paris-based international Executive Search firm’s office in the Czech Republic, after several years of serving as a Partner at their Budapest office. She has also worked for the French-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce supporting cross-country commercial actions. Armelle Boulon is a graduate of AUDENCIA Business School in Nantes, France, and studied Economics at the Technical University of Dresden in Germany. In addition to her native French, she speaks English, German, Hungarian, and communicates in Czech.
