In her earlier career, she was a FX/Money Market dealer at the multinational banks. Before joining Signium Korea, Hee-Jung Cho worked at a global Executive Search firm and mainly focused on Financial Services. She served at Standard Chartered Bank and headed up their Treasury Operations and Customer Services. At HSBC, she was a Senior Vice President leading various leadership positions in the front and back offices. She was involved in the bank’s various strategic events and organic growth as a member of the Senior Management Committee. Hee-Jung has over 20 years of banking experience and specializes in Financial Services placements for Executive Search. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French Literature and Languages from Yonsei University in Korea.
