Mike is a partner in True’s People, Talent & Legal practice and brings more than 20 years of operator experience in talent acquisition and human resources in the retail, consumer goods and professional sports industries. Prior to joining True, Mike spent 10 years with the Boston Red Sox where he played a key leadership role in transforming the people function into a strategic partner offering contemporary HR solutions to increase employee engagement and growth. Mike also built and led the global talent acquisition function at Hasbro and previously held roles as head of campus and technical recruiting at Staples. He started his career in the assurance and advisory practice at Deloitte & Touche. He is a graduate of Messiah University where he majored in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Mike resides in Southeastern Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
