David is a client partner in the Boston office. Prior to True, he spent time at two leading retained search firms, Howard Fischer Associates and CTPartners, where he was a senior associate in their professional services and technology practice. Additionally, he spent six years at Innovar Group, a boutique search firm where he ran a full desk placing senior level sales executives into VC-backed technology companies. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Colby College and holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas-Austin.
