Olivia is a Consultant at The Up Group. Prior to joining Up in 2022, Olivia worked for over eight years in executive search and human resources in Brazil, where she is originally from. With Spencer Stuart in Brazil, she led searches for a variety of sectors and functions, having specialised in CEO and Board positions from 2019-2022. She was also involved in DE&I initiatives within Spencer Stuart, co-leading the development of relevant studies about the Brazilian Board space. Olivia graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (in Brazil) and speaks Native Portuguese and fluent English.
