Graduated with Major in Electronic Engineering, Paul started his career with Production Supervisor, Process Engineer, Customer Support Engineer, Customer Service Manager, Sales manager in various companies in Electronics and Computer. From Year 1998, Paul devoted his career in Executive Search Consulting by joining PCI Executive Search Consultants Co., Ltd as Senior Partner and Office Manager, till now, 14 years. Since Year 2011, Paul was nominated and works as the Asia Board Director of IIC Partners Worldwide - one of the Top-10 Executive Search Firm in the world, and in the begining of Year 2012, Paul took the role of Deputy Practice Group Leader for IIC Partner. With more focus in Technology and Industrial industries in Executive Search business, Paul has built sound industry knowledge and people network in both industries, and established excellent record in filling the key executive positions of clients organizations by top talents available in China, either Local and or Expatriates.
