Supporting clients and candidates on their Accountancy & Finance recruitment processes and talent management Aoife joined Morgan McKinley in 2015 specialising in recruiting for Procurement professionals nationally across all industries. In 2020, Aoife moved into a Talent Partner position with a top 10 Fortune 500 MNC, which gave her hands-on experience working internationally with executives across all business units. Aoife returned to Morgan McKinley in 2021 and is currently responsible for leading the Accountancy & Finance team based in Cork.
