Henrik Holm Pedersen is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase Boston, bringing over 25 years of experience in international business and leadership to the table. As someone who has seen recruitment from both sides, he understands the importance of finding the right fit between employer and employee to guarantee a company’s success. Henrik takes a client-focused and hands-on approach, striving to ensure a successful process when searching for transformational leaders who deliver exceptional results. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he worked for companies in Europe and Asia specializing in highly technical products within the healthcare and computer-controlled lighting industries. In 2006, Henrik moved to New York City, where he held senior positions in the consumer luxury goods sector, as well as spending two years working for The Danish Foreign Ministry as a Senior Commercial Advisor. Henrik holds an MBA from Henley Business School (UK) and is an International Academy Economist from Aarhus Business College (Denmark). He is also a retired First Lieutenant in The Royal Danish Air Force. In his spare time, Henrik loves to mountain bike and work with young aspiring athletes as a certified alpine ski racing coach. He currently splits his time between NYC and Vermont, where he spends time with his wife and twins, enjoying the mountains.
