She is an expert in the recruitment of executives and experts for the Healthcare industry in Switzerland and in Europe. For the past 15 years, she has been advising large groups, start-ups and midsize companies on their executive searchs. She has conducted C-Level missions for MedTech and pharmaceutical companies. After graduating with a Master's degree in HR from ISG Paris, she started her career in headhunting and joined an independent firm in 2008 as a Partner and opened the first subsidiary in Geneva to develop the Lifesciences business in Switzerland and Europe.
