Baudouin Doutrebente has a background in History and Geography, complemented by an integrated preparatory course for Sciences Po and a business school, ISG, Institut Supérieur de Gestion. During his studies, he completed several internships in general services, logistics, and marketing for major players in wealth management, maritime transport, and retail. In 2008, he joined aperlead as a research officer. For a year, he worked on recruiting marketing and legal professionals. In 2009, despite the economic climate, he continued the aperlead adventure and became a consultant. Attracted by sales and customer relations, and with a product focus, he expanded the firm's offerings by creating the Commercial & Marketing practice. He now assists his clients in recruiting their Sales Directors and Marketing Directors, and their respective teams, in France and internationally. In 2017, he became a partner. He loves gastronomy and cooking, the great outdoors, art and “beautiful things”.
