Human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in multinational environments, in the consulting, pharmaceutical, health technology and retail sectors. María José started at Accenture in 2004 as a recruitment specialist. In 2006, she joined the Johnson & Johnson group. She developed her professional career rapidly at an international level as an HR Business Partner, actively participating in Talent and Leadership development, change management and transformation programs. In 2016, she became Human Resources Director for Spain for the medical technology business. In 2021, María José was appointed Regional Director of Human Resources for EMEA at Johnson & Johnson's Vision business. She is a member of the management committees for the medical technology and retail businesses. María José has worked alongside leaders in situations involving cultural transformation and innovation, leadership development, talent management, diversity and change management, as well as the coordination of internal communication processes.
