With a Degree in Economics from the University of Turin, Marco started his career in 1984 at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. In 1990, he joined the GFT Group, occupying senior positions for important luxury and retail brands, and living for long periods in Europe and Asia. He has managed M&A and listing transactions as well as company restructurings. From 2017, he has worked at EuroSearch on leadership consulting projects, where he helps in managing the organizational issues of his client companies with a very marked managerial approach. In his free time, Marco is a passionate reader of novels and essays, and loves skiing and golfing. He works in Italian and English.
