Victoria began her professional career in London in 1996, working at UBS investment bank in mergers and acquisitions, then at Credit Suisse Financial Products in derivatives structuring. In 2002, she joined the world of strategy consulting at BCG (Boston Consulting Group) in San Francisco, Paris, and then Athens. Her clients include tech giants in Silicon Valley, major American and French financial groups, and Greek industrialists. In 2007, she joined Egon Zehnder's recruitment team in Athens and then San Francisco. Her clients include the World Bank, the IMF, several United Nations agencies, foundations, major non-governmental organizations, and universities. Her work includes executive searches and board member searches, management reviews, and team performance reviews. Since 2016 she has been involved in education and childhood mental health, while pursuing leadership research missions. In 2023, she was appointed Partner at Exec Avenue.
