Rob is a Senior Managing Director, leading the Quantitative and Systematic Investment Recruiting practice at LRP. For the last 15 years he has focused on the placement of front office professionals across both the Hedge Fund and Proprietary Trading community with a specific concentration on Systematic Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Researchers, Quantitative Developers and Engineers. Rob holds a Bachelors in International Business from Rollins College. Rob lives in Westchester, NY with his wife and 3 kids. Most of his time is spent with his family at the sports field, the beach, and on the mountains teaching his kids to Snowboard/Ski.
