Jess takes pride in her relationship-focused approach, especially the challenge of working with clients who are transitioning to manage their tax functions in-house for the first time. Before moving into the industry, Jess graduated with a BSc from University College London and moved to Pure after establishing herself as a tax recruitment specialist in the City. Outside of the office, Jess enjoys the outdoors and, you’ll often find her on a run (or walk)!
