Michel holds a degree in economics and marketing, has 20 years senior International Executive Search and Management Consultancy experience as well as a 15-year Life Sciences Industry background, holding international sr. management positions. Throughout his professional career he has portrayed a consistent passion for the exiting dynamics of the Life Sciences industry as well as Customer Care and Company Values. For FY 2017 he recently has been distinguished with the prestigious TRANSEARCH award of Best Global Client Services Consultant. Over the many years in corporate life and the consulting industry Michel successfully served, advised and assisted a number of blue chip listed companies, but equally so a series of promising start-ups and admirable midsize Life Science companies. Clients span the entire spectre of the industry i.e. Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech, Diagnostics, CRO's and Fine Chemicals. The broad functional experience and deep company specific knowledge is well recognised by his clients and sr. executive candidates. For consecutive terms Michel served the board of Medical Trade Associations in The Netherlands and Belgium and is an avid guest speaker at young professionals' conferences. Having lived and worked in a wide variety of countries, USA, Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, South Africa and Russia, he has become a global citizen with a genuine respect for diversity.
