Paul is a sought-after keynote speaker and has published multiple articles and thought leadership perspectives in industry publications.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Paul was a principal in the financial services practice at Gallup and led partnerships with the firm’s largest clients, as well as directed the research, analytics, and communications strategy for the practice.

Earlier experiences include wealth management, financial planning, and financial markets research.

Paul holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business and Spanish from Concordia College in Minnesota.
