David (better known at TOM as ‘Feks’) moved from Melbourne to Sydney in 2014, joining TOM in 2016 after building a strong reputation within Sydney’s financial services recruitment market. David recruits within TOM’s Audit, Risk, and Compliance team, specialising in internal audit, IT audit, IT risk, and operational risk roles. He has a strong focus on transitioning candidates with Big Four consultancy backgrounds into senior analyst, manager, and senior manager positions within Australia’s leading financial services institutions and insurance companies. He consistently helps clients find candidates who combine technical expertise, interpersonal capability, and professional drive — ensuring cultural fit and future leadership potential. David feels fortunate to work for a business that truly values him and takes the time to deeply understand both personal and professional drivers — a principle he applies to his candidates as well.
