While he has a broad, generalist view of the economy, Tomasz has developed expertise in the Banking & Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, and Natural Resources sectors. He has significant experience in working with Supervisory and Executive Boards of listed companies, government sector, family and private equity owned businesses, as well as in assessments of senior staff.

He is a graduate of Columbia University with a degree in CEE Regional Studies, and has attended executive education programs at IMD Business School.

He is a bilingual Polish/English speaker.
