Elena has a Degree in Foreign Languages and International Management and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources. After some working experiences in Communication Dept. in multinational companies, in 2010, she joined Aims International Italy. She is in charge of local as well as international Executive Search & Selection projects and is specialised also in Business&Leadership Mapping, to support clients in selection process or organisational changes. SHL and Hogrefe certified, she has experience in creating a competency-based-strategy and using different tools in individual or group assessment. She has a deep knowledge of the healthcare, chemical, industrial and FMCG markets.
