Tom is an experienced Finance and Business Professional by background, having worked in a range of roles across Banking, Investment Advisory and Wealth Management. As a Finance leader his proximity to the people side of businesses has created a deep interest in organisational behaviour and change, and how having the right people in the right place drives a business’s success. He has worked closely with a number of start-ups and mid-market businesses, as well as large-cap corporates. Most recently Tom was the CFO of Myla London, a global luxury retail brand, where he led the Finance, HR and Operations function with particular focus on the UK and North America. Previously Tom was a Private Banker at Barclays Private Bank, and an Investment Manager at Killik & Co. ​Tom holds a Degree in Business Management from Queen Mary, University of London and is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
