Elliot Johnston

I didn’t plan to end up in recruitment - like many in this industry, I stumbled into it. What started as helping companies find infrastructure engineers quickly grew into a decade-long career connecting people and businesses. As the industry shifted from on-prem to cloud, I naturally specialised in Cloud and Platform Engineering, building teams that power some of Australia’s most exciting tech environments.

I take a relationship-first approach to recruitment, focused on genuine connections rather than quick wins. Whether it’s a startup building its first platform team or an enterprise scaling its cloud capability, I love being part of the journey from the ground up.
