As an Executive Search Consultant, Katherine Gring focuses primarily on research and the recruitment of professionals in human resources, procurement and finance. Her unique experiences in executive search and consulting align well with AlexCharles’ mission to provide a more thorough and thoughtful approach to the recruitment process. Katherine previously served as a Senior Associate with Korn Ferry, a global retained search firm, where she worked with clients across multiple industries including energy, professional services, manufacturing, financial services, military defense contractors and software, with a specific focus on human resources executive leadership. Prior to her tenure with Korn Ferry, Katherine was a Consultant with Accenture, a global consulting firm, where she focused on human performance, process design and improvement, training and development and ERP implementations. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She currently lives in Houston with her husband and two sons. Katherine and her family are active members in their community, school and church. Katherine and her husband are Wish Granters for the Make a Wish Foundation Texas Gulf Coast Louisiana chapter, she serves on the PTA for the elementary school and she is Sunday school teacher at Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Katherine enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis and cheering on her boys at all their different sporting events.
