Lea Federmann is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of the Energy and Supply Chain & Operations Officers practices. She has more then 13 years of experience recruiting in the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and energy markets, specializing in hiring for major players in the sector.

Lea focuses on supply chain and green energy, including positions in sustainability, environment, and quality. She also works with client companies in the agribusiness, sanitation, water, and waste sectors, among others.

Lea was a partner at 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. She has been in executive search since 2006, having been responsible for the startup of the construction, infrastructure, and real estate division in a major international player, in addition to her role in the 2GET startup.
