In addition to co-leading numerous C-suite searches for academic and community health systems, Kari brings extensive experience and expertise in physician executive and medical group management searches. She is licensed in clinical counselling and brings expertise in coaching, organizational development, and a keen understanding of candidate assessment and capturing relevant market intelligence. Kari earned her BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MSW from St. Louis University.
