Mr. Kallweit has more than 20 years of leadership and project experience at market-leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Duracell, and Herbalife International. He has developed a comprehensive professional perspective and goal-oriented approach in medium-sized companies, start-up projects, partnerships, and private ventures.
With an eye for the essentials, Mr. Kallweit offers consulting and interim management expertise with appropriate solutions for the most important issues in the value chain. In addition to his expertise in management, growth initiatives, digital transformation, and international market development, his profile is complemented by skills in sales, key account management, go-to-market, trade marketing, omni-channel, and human resources management.
Marcus Kallweit has achieved remarkable success in strategic changes and challenging sales processes. During the carve-out of the Duracell brand into Berkshire Hathaway Holdings, Mr. Kallweit developed clear business concepts for the go-to-market and led intensive negotiations with key customers, country organizations, and stakeholders. As a result, business relationships with sales exceeding three-digit million euros were secured and profitable growth plans were implemented.
In his role as Country Manager for DA-CH, Mr. Kallweit was responsible for the successful integration of a multifunctional team from various organizations into a powerful national organization. Through the implementation of holistic business planning for the organization, functional digital solutions, and the motivational involvement of the organization in the transformation process, the result was recognized as the best in Europe.
Mr. Kallweit studied business administration at the universities of Marburg, Fribourg (CH) and Ingolstadt, graduating with a degree in business administration, thus laying the professional foundation in international management, marketing and sales as well as organization and HR.
In his private life, Mr. Kallweit lives with his family in Kelkheim in the sunny Taunus Mountains. In addition to active recreational sports, he has recently begun traveling on and off-road by motorcycle.
