Dr. Andrea Schulze-Moews is a executive search consultant additionally skilled in leadership assessment. She also provides business coaching and sparring for managers and management Teams, with a focus on organization and HR. After completing her PhD and international projects in scientific and diplomatic institutions from 1994 to 1999, she began her career in 2000 as a research consultant with a renowned executive search company in her home city of Hamburg. In 2008 Dr. Andrea Schulze-Moews joined LAB & Company in Munich as a senior consultant. She became Principal in 2010 and Partner in 2019. In the LAB Life Science Practice, she primarily advised medical technology and biotechnology companies in the context of filling management positions. In addition to classic corporate functions, her focus was always on technical and medical-scientific roles. She is a competent consultant for strategic roles in future-oriented fields of the industry: telemedicine, digital health, health services & solutions. And finally, she serves special topics as a "tailor-made solution" - such as the development of entire teams on innovation topics.
