As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Zach currently works with a “full desk” on the Operations recruiting team. The SkyWater Operations team focuses on retained executive searches for growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Minneapolis area. Within this team, Zachary specializes in recruiting & placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles. His team also has the capability to work on staff-level operations roles. Outside of SkyWater Search Partners, Zach enjoys baseball and playing board games with friends.
