Zinhle is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at the Johannesburg office of TRANSEARCH. She has a strong focus on Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Petrochemical, Logistics /Supply Chain, Mining and Chemicals. With over 16 years' experience in the executive search industry as a Researcher and Account Executive, Zinhle founded her own executive search business in 2005; a visionary in her own right who built the business from the ground-up. Her business conversion rate is above par and is achieved through her natural and assertive impetus of opening doors and building winning relationships. She is able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering exceptional growth. Zinhle is primarily responsible for the organisation’s strategic direction, and positioning the team both locally and Internationally. Her philosophy of transformation and excellence infused with Zinhle’s zeal and enthusiasm has become the central ethos that flows through everything the firm does.
