Hippolyte joined Managers by Alexander Hughes in 2020 as a Client Partner.

His knowledge in HR strategies comes from his experience as Managing Director of his own companies for 10 years.

Before joining Managers by Alexander Hughes, Hippolyte worked as a Senior Consultant for a global Executive Search firm developing a strong expertise in Technology and Telecommunications, Transportation Industry and Life Sciences Practices.

Hippolyte earned a BTEC Level 5, National Higher Diploma, in Negotiation and Customer Relations from the Maine et Loire Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

His passion for the business, encouraged with a strong involvement in the new generation of self-taught network and his empathy, allows him to quickly develop a strong trusting relationship with his clients.

Hippolyte is a native French speaker and speaks English.
