Regardless of whether she is recruiting senior managers or for positions at other levels, she approaches the job with the same attitude: To solve the assignment for the client in the best possible way, while meeting the candidates in a good and respectful manner. She has solid experience with executive search and recruitment from most industries, and has worked extensively with hotels and tourism, construction and property development, aquaculture, technology and the maritime sector. Liv has helped a number of industrial companies along the coast fill important roles. She has been a partner at Bønes Virik since 2014. Liv is a DNV-certified user of psychometric testing tools. She is also certified in the recruitment tools MAP, Hogans, OPQ32, MUPI, and e-cute and the leadership development tools JTI and Teamkompasset. She holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Bergen School of Management, as well as a Bachelor in Hotel Management from Cornell University in New York
