Jorge Gomar

Mr. Gomar joins Korn Ferry from a leading global executive search firm's Industrial practice. His recent placements include CEO, COO, CPO, president, and head of strategy and corporate development at multinational firms. He has led assignments for publicly-traded, private equity-backed, and privately-owned companies.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Gomar worked with AlixPartners, where he was part of the interim leadership team responsible for the restructuring and turnaround of Eastman Kodak. His role included the profitability turnaround of the company and the divestiture of its non-core businesses to transform it into a technology-based organization. Before that, he was a management consultant for A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Gomar has advised clients on product/customer portfolio management, profitability improvement, strategic planning, M&As, divestitures, organizational design, manufacturing, procurement and supply chain optimization.
