I have more than 20 years of management experience and have worked in various management functions in the personnel services industry for 15 years. My responsibilities included the planning and implementation of several branch openings and reorganizations at home and abroad. After that, I ran my own company in the executive search sector. I have been working as a managing director at Wilhelm AG since 2021 and have been managing the Wilhelm Group in tandem with Stefan Wilhelm since October 1, 2022. The topic of passion also plays an important role in my part-time work, for example as a lecturer and examination expert for HR professionals, the professional examination for technical business people or in my voluntary work at benevol, the specialist office for voluntary work. To ensure that my physical well-being remains in balance, I like to optimize my handicap by playing a game of golf, go jogging regularly, explore the underwater world while diving or enjoy the fresh winter air on the cross-country ski trail.
