Wendy is a consultant in the London office where she is a member of the global Financial Services & Insurance Practice. Drawing on her 20 years’ experience in executive search, she conducts high level searches for a range of clients across all sectors of the Insurance and Financial Services industries. Experience Wendy joined Caldwell from MF Associates, where she was a founding partner and ran the Equities Practice, specialising in search within the equity markets, including cash and derivatives, prime services and related areas such as corporate access and CRM. She worked with banks, boutiques and broking houses on senior appointments on pan-European and global basis, providing detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis. Wendy began her career with Dresdner Kleinwort Benson broking UK equities to European clients and moved into executive search in 1998, setting up the Equities practice for a City boutique, before co-founding MF Associates in 2013. Education She read Modern Languages at the University of Bristol and speaks French and German.
