Lisa can now look back on more than 9 years of experience in the field of personnel recruitment and has extensive knowledge across industries. She has built strong business relationships and provided specialists and managers in a variety of industries and specialist areas. Her particular focus is on executives within the management board, or leadership roles with a power of attorney. Lisa is known, after the successful completion of the overall line, to often help build up a second level and thus constantly strengthens the companies that she has worked with. Lisa has been responsible for international recruitment positions throughout Germany since 2012. In the first three years, she focused on international customers from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical industries as well as service providers in these areas with a focus on regulatory affairs. Their customers were scattered all over the world although their location was in Germany. Afterwards, she took over the management of a Frankfurt office and successfully managed 12 people who concentrated on additional fields of activity. During this time, Lisa expanded her portfolio to include finance, accounting, industries such as FMCG, consulting agencies and others. Lisa has been part of PageGroup since the end of 2016 and supports international customers in various industries. Lisa is supported by various colleagues in the Düsseldorf office and by her recruiting team in Barcelona under the direction of Dr. Corinna Diekmann and the recruiting team in Frankfurt.
