Tony is one of the co-founders of SkyWater Search Partners and helped lead the company to the largest search firm. He has over 15 years of search experience and focuses on retained leadership roles ranging from Director to Executive levels at companies ranging from small privately-held organizations to public Fortune 500 companies. Much of Tony’s career has been focused on senior-level finance roles, but he has expanded his capabilities over past years to include all leadership positions. Tony has seven years of progressive professional accounting experience, including time spent as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP and External Reporting Manager with SuperValu, Inc. Tony earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and currently maintains an inactive CPA. He resides in Victoria, MN with his wife and two daughters.
