A Partner in the firm, Richard has spent more than twelve years handling searches across the international infrastructure sector, working with a wide range of financial services firms. He has a strong track-record of partnering with infrastructure equity investors on searches for investment professionals, asset managers and investor relations personnel and has also worked extensively with lenders, advisers and operating companies. Prior to Curzon, Richard founded two other infrastructure focused search firms, he began his head-hunting career as a technology sector recruiter placing both permanent and interim candidates.
